Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with order processing and shipping status. Typical orders are processed for shipment within 24 hours of placement.  Once the order has been submitted for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. A more up-to-date delivery timeframe will be available using the carrier’s tracking number provided at time of shipment. If you do not have your tracking number, please reach out to support@puttingmaster.com with your order number and we’ll help get it sorted.

The J316 is a precision-focused tool designed to eliminate "Putting to Variance" and sharpen your starting line. While it is most effective for mastering the 3–15 foot range where precision is paramount, it can be used for lag putting with a few considerations:

Intentionality: Remember, the goal of the J316 is perpendicular impact. Lagging these balls is less about "getting it close" and more about ensuring your long-distance stroke is starting on the exact line you intended.

The "Feel" Factor: Because the J316 is formulated to mimic the weight and response of a tour ball, your brain still receives accurate feedback on distance and "speed" during longer rolls.

Safety & Environment: We recommend lag training only on smooth, indoor mats or dedicated practice greens. Because the J316 is significantly smaller, it can be more easily lost in long grass or deflected by large debris on unkept surfaces.

You don’t need to spend hours on the green to see a transformation. Our research showed users averaged nearly 2x the number of one-putts inside 15 feet with as little as 3–5 minutes of daily practice over a single week.

The J316 is designed for efficiency, not volume. Because it triggers a biological recalibration, your brain begins to tune in almost immediately. Practice at various distances, keeping an eye on your face angle and tempo. Start at 3-5 feet away and increase your distance from there. 

For best results, practice hitting 10 putts with the J316s then a few with regulation golf balls. After enough practice, your accuracy and technique will be unmatched. Now that was easy!

Absolutely. The J316 is designed for both indoor and outdoor use (in dry conditions). For the best performance, we recommend a flat, smooth surface like a putting mat or a practice green.

While the pin included with the J316 is perfect for turf or many carpeted surfaces, it isn’t ideal for wood, stone, or concrete. If you are training on a hard floor, don't let that stop you—the J316 is a versatile precision tool. You can easily substitute the pin for a dime, a small chalk mark, or even a piece of blue painter's tape. Because the ball is 70% smaller, these "found" targets still provide the elite-level precision required to trigger the Physiological Phenomenon.
